Legal decisions for proposed projects acc. to REG (EU) 2017/459 NC CAM
The third phase of the procedure initiated in 2017 in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/459 (network code on capacity allocation mechanisms in gas transmission systems; hereinafter “NC CAM”) for incremental capacities ends now with the legal decision of Bundesnetzagentur (BNetzA).
