Our mission is to transport gas in a sustainable, reliable and affordable manner. By doing this we create a valuable contribution to both society and the economy. The infrastructure of Gasunie is located in the heart of the Northwestern EU gas market. It serves as an international hub for gas transport by connecting both suppliers and consumers in the industrial and commercial, as well as the private sector. By doing so, Gasunie secures the EU gas transit.

The development of our know-how in the past combined with what we are learning from our new ongoing projects, gives us an excellent position to maneuver in the upcoming energy transition towards green gas and hydrogen. Several biogas plants are currently feeding directly into our transport system - the energy of the future is thereby already starting today.
