BNetzA suspended HoKoWä regulation with immediate effect
During hearing at the higher regional court Düsseldorf on 11 October 2017, the Bundesnetzagentur suspended its regulation BK9-13/607 (HoKoWä) with immediate effect. Therefore, there will be no harmonized entry tariff at the entry-exit zone GASPOOL. Currently GUD analyzes the effects of the suspension of HoKoWä, especially concerning the company’s tariffs for 2018.
Indicative Entry and Exit tariffs published as of 30 August 2017 on our website should therefore be considered still preliminary.
By 1 December 2017 at the latest, GUD will release the final tariffs for 2018 in a publication in line with Art 32 b) in conjunction with Art. 30 Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/460 (NC Tariffs). When calculating final tariffs, GUD will consider all available information. Beside the suspension of HoKoWä, this includes especially new insights concerning revenue cap and forecast of contracted capacity.
