Incremental capacity: German gas TSO's launch consultation under EU rules
Consultation period as of 10 August
The German gas transmission system operators (TSOs) publish their proposals for incremental capacity projects for consultation in accordance with Article 27(3) of Regulation (EU) 2017/459 (Network Code on Capacity Allocation Mechanisms in Gas Transmission Systems).
The project proposals are now available on the FNB Gas website. Written comments can be submitted to the FNB Gas (info@fnb-gas.de). Following the consultation, the transmission system operators involved shall submit project proposals for incremental capacity to be created to the national regulatory authorities for approval.
