Additional Customer Information - Tender for the Purchasing of Natural Gas for the TSO Gasunie Deutschland Transport Services GmbH
Regarding the current fuel gas tender we would like to inform you that Gasunie Deutschland Transport Services GmbH (GUD) pays energy tax to the main customs office in Hanover with accordance to Section 38 (3) of the Energy Tax Act.
As the responsible party for the fuel quantities that GUD brings into circulation within the meaning of the Fuel Emissions Trading Act, obligations arising from the above-mentioned regulations are also borne by GUD.
