In case you want to report an incident or mention a compliance concern, please contact our Compliance Officer.

In addition, Gasunie  offers SpeakUp, a whistleblower system in accordance with the German Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz (Whistleblower Protection Act). These reports are forwarded to Gasunie Deutschland’s internal reporting office.

Every report is treated with strict confidentiality, so you do not have to fear any disadvantages if you submit an incident or concern. Therefore, we kindly ask you, wherever possible, to also provide your name when making a report. If you prefer not to do so, the tool also offers option of an anonymous reporting channel.

You can submit your report via the web or by phone. To report by phone, please use the number 0049 8001818952 with the organization code 130590.

Please use this phone number as well when calling from abroad to ensure your report is received exclusively by Gasunie Deutschland. Reports received via other phone numbers available on SpeakUp will be forwarded to our Dutch colleagues.

You can also report your concern to an external reporting office, such as the external reporting office of the Federal Government at the Federal Office of Justice (BfJ), the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority, the Bundeskartellamt, the Federal Data Protection Commissioner or the data protection authorities of the federal states, as well as the external reporting offices of the federal states, if available.

Please note that an internal report to Gasunie itself is probably the fastest way to resolve a situation within Gasunie. If you are unsure whether to or to which external reporting office you can submit your report, the External Reporting Office at the Federal Office of Justice, an independent external organisation, can advise you on this matter.
