Information on Nüttermoor storage facilities
EWE GASSPEICHER GmbH is converting the L-gas storage facilities currently connected to the GUD network in Nüttermoor to high-calorific gas (H-gas) as part of the market area conversion. This conversion is scheduled to be completed by 1 April 2024. This market area conversion will create the new network points UGS NUETTERMOOR H (MOORAECKER) - H650 (Entry) and UGS NUETTERMOOR H (MOORAECKER) - H651 (Exit). If the conversion is completed on time, firm transport capacities will be marketed at these new storage points.
In the future, the marketing of firm and interruptible entry and exit capacity in the GUD network is to be integrated into the existing competing H-gas marketing zone of the UGS Jemgum (H199 and H200) and UGS Nuettermoor (H100 and H101) storage facilities. These capacities are to be made available on 1 April 2024. The conditions for this competing marketing of the new H-gas storage facility are the above-mentioned timely conversion and approval by the Federal Network Agency.
