Gasunie Deutschland Transport Services GmbH (GUD) as TSO publishes the capacity charge for grid access for the calendar year 2023 for the market area Trading Hub Europe (“THE”), which are valid at all orderable network points.
Based on the "Approval of the recalculation of the reference price for 2023 (REGENT recalculation 2023, BK9-22/615)", the capacity fee was recalculated.
The capacity charge for orderable firm flexible allocable exit capacities for the market area THE amounts to:

According to BEATE 2.0 (BK9-18/608) and the amendment of BEATE 2.0 (BK9-20/608) the security surcharge for calculating the discount for interruptible capacity at all network points in the H-gas transmission system is twenty (20) percent. The security surcharge for calculating the discount for interruptible capacity at all network points in the L-gas transmission system remains at (10) percent.
