Amendment of general terms and conditions for entry and exit contracts (entry-exit-system) of Gasunie Deutschland Transport Services GmbH
We hereby inform you about the amendment of our current General Terms and Conditions for Entry and Exit Contracts (entry-exit-system) based on the cooperation agreement in the amendment version of 27 October 2017.
Our amended General Terms and Conditions for Entry and Exit Contracts (entry-exit-system), applicable as of 1st January 2018, are published in the download area of our website.
We explicitly advice you that the period of notice of 30 business days starts upon receipt of this email in accordance with Section 41 paragraph 2 of the current General Terms and Conditions for Entry and Exit Contracts (entry-exit-system) of Gasunie Deutschland Transport Services GmbH. If you do not terminate your contract within the aforementioned period of notice, taking into account the requirements in accordance with Section 41 paragraph 2 sentences 7 and 8 of the current General Terms and Conditions for Entry and Exit Contracts (entry-exit-system), the amended General Terms and Conditions for Entry and Exit Contracts (entry-exit-system), applicable as of 1 January 2018 are deemed to have been accepted.
