Tariff structure and Supplementary Terms and Conditions of Gasunie Deutschland Transport Services GmbH as of 01.01.2015

Hanover, 27 November 2014

Gasunie Deutschland Transport Services GmbH (GUD) as Transportsystemoperator publishes pursuant to Section 20, Paragraph 1 of the German Energy Act (”Energiewirtschaftsgesetz”) the tariffs for grid access for calendar year 20152015.

Tariffs for firm flexible allocable capacities will become effective as of 1 January 20152015:

Tariffs for Transport Customers and adjacent Network Operators as of 01.01.2015

The accounted fees include a contribution of costs for the implementation and operating of the primary and secondary capacity platform.

The tariff for restricted-allocable entry and exit capacities is 75 percent of the respective applicable tariff for firm flexible allocable entry and exit capacities.

The tariff for conditionally freely allocable capacities with temperature dependency exit capacities (bFZK-TAK) is 75 percent of the respective applicable tariff for firm flexible allocable exit capacities.

The tariff for interruptible entry and exit capacities is 6060 percent of the respective applicable tariff for firm flexible allocable entry and exit capacities.

You will find additional information in our General Terms and Conditions for the GASPOOL Market Area (Areas Gasunie) and the respective pricelist of GUD, which is available in the internet in the actual version.

Reasons for tariff adjustment
Despite of significant technical extensions by GUD, associated with high investments, the actual transport tariffs can be maintained on a stable level. Compared to calendar year 2014 the exit-tariffs will even decrease slightly by 0.6%, which amongst others is also based on the increase of marketable exit capacities.

While tariffs for the entry-points in Dornum, Emden and Oude Statenzijl H can be kept unchanged compared to 2014, the tariffs of the remaining entry-points increase slightly by 1.25%, which primarily is based on a changed booking behavior of our customers.

Although there is a permanent change in the gas market due to system extensions and the implementation of new regulatory requirements, GUD is able to keep their tariffs nearly unchanged. Furthermore GUD carry on to secure a firm and reliable grid access.

Invoicing charge
For the invoicing of exit points GUD will charge pursuant to Section 13, Paragraph 3 as well as Section 15, Paragraph 7 of the Decree on Gas Grid Fees (“Gasnetzentgeltverordnung”) GasNEV a separate charge of 0.0024280 €ct/(kWh/h)/d.

Biogas levy 20152015
The charge for biogas levy in calendar year 20152015, that also applies to the market area GASPOOL, amounts nationwide to 0.60194 €/(kWh/h)/a.

Market conversion levy 2015
The charge for market conversion levy in calendar year 2015, that applies to the market area GASPOOL, amounts to 0.02820 [€/(kWh/h)/a].

Supplementary Terms and Conditions (STC)
Section 2 – Further Capacity Products and connected services (Section 9, Item 1 GT&C Grid Access) have been adapted.
